The Longest 24 Hrs

Well, its been exactly 24 Hrs since my last cigg. Been a lil grumpy today. Not many people know what I am going through. Its not easy. Noboday said it would be. Had an argument with Sharm just now. She was shaking this box in front of me while I was watching a movie. I got irritated and yelled at her. She yelled back and went out of the room. Felt kinda bad afterwards, but what the hell. I needed that. Made me feel a lil better. Lets see how it feels like in the morning. The lungs are feeling a lil better too. Been coughing crap out all day.Did the vicks vapour treatment. So feeling kinda better. Drinking lots of water and peeing like a leak in a Dam. Stocked up with some lollies at work. Fingers crossed. Lets see how long this lasts......night :D


Well as of April 2008 I am smokefree. Took me a while but hell it feels good now.
